Commission Rates
Upon loan settlement, we typically earn a commission from the relevant product provider, which may be upfront or include renewal or trail commissions. If we assist in refinancing your loan, we may receive a fixed-rate rollover fee from specific providers. We utilize this commission to compensate financial advisers, cover business expenses, and pay Fast Lane Finance for services provided under their license.

Fees for our Services
We generally do not charge fees for our advice and transactional solutions, as we receive commissions from product providers upon mortgage settlement. Exceptions include cases where no commission is received or commission repayment is required by the provider within 28 months of settlement. In such cases, fees, if applicable, are agreed upon in writing and invoiced promptly.
